I was disappointed in that the price of the bottle on the online app was not honored by the store. The price on the app was an error. When I questioned the price when I went to the store to pick up, they first quoted me $20 discount. I returned to the store in two minutes later to get the quoted discount, then they lowered the discount to $15. I certainly understand that they couldn’t honor the online price, however, they were deceptive and lied to me to my face. If this wasn’t a gift, I would have walked away a second time. They got me in the door with a discount, but lost my business in the future. They lost way more from my business then the lousy discount.
