I had an idea and it was eating me up not developing it into an actual product that could be useful. I looked around, talked to other inventors going through the process, and searched around. A good friend had started a patent a year before I started, it was a long-slow-annoying process with lots of hoops and such. I am glad I contacted Bold Patents Firm because they helped me understand the process and how easy it was with the right team.
The initial fee was low enough and was just to see if my idea was patentable, perfect for checking to see if my idea had merit without investing a huge sum of money. This first step helped me see the issues and if I wanted to proceed. For me it was and Bold was there to help me with the next steps as well. Patents take time, years, but Bold kept me updated on the progress and then after about two years total, I had a patent! (My friend who didn’t use Bold is still pending…). I highly recommend Bold, they have a deep wealth of knowledge and experience. I was able to work with quite a few individuals at Bold and they all took the time to understand the idea and help it come to pass! They even did all the paperwork, submittal, drawings, etc. making it so I could focus on my work and developing the invention while they did what they know best.
Was it a perfect experience, no, there were a few times when I had to follow up on things or there were issues (mostly just standard annoying patent stuff), but for the most part Bold did the stuff I didn’t know how to do and didn’t have time to figure out making it worth it to me. Thanks Bold!
