This is a Scam. Beware of these. I signed up for Reduction in my debt. I paid them almost 70k and they told me that they negotiated my debt from 180k to 150k. In that process I Paid them 70k as Fees. Do the Math. Of course they have contracts.
I would advise Hire an attorney and Have him Negotiate for you. I did that with another lender and I am happy with settlement.
We are small Business owner. Trying to Navigate through Tough times. These companies take advantage and Put us even worse position.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They could not communicate effectively and when I finally thought I had my contract worked out, they stole money from me and told me they don't offer refunds which means they won't help you settle contracts either. So they took payments, told me it was towards debt settlement and then would not refund it when I wanted to move companies. They also don't tell you that using their services puts your accounts in default. Stay far away! As I mentioned, they don't tell you that enrolling in this program causes your loans that you've paid on time, to go into default! They aren't honest and they aren't up front. I made two payments before deciding to switch companies due to seriously messed up communication. A reputable company would refund that, especially since nothing has been done in the account yet. Also, the first 10 payments are their 'fees', but as you've probably read from some of the other reviews, they don't do anything. It will actually cost you more to join this consolidation than just try to keep your company above water by making minimum payments. Thieves.

I contracted services in 2024. The sales person made the process to settle our debts relatively simple and presented the group as being lawyers and legal professionals. I signed up and began the process and to say it has been chaotic is an understatement. I asked for a detailed step-by-step accounting of what I needed to do to protect myself from liens and the rep I spoke to assured me if I followed her advice, we would be protected. Days, then weeks went by- nothing. She kept saying she was writing the letter, but never did.
