כשהמחשבה על מעבר לגרמניה התגבשה למחשבה ספציפית על מעבר לברלין ותאריך היעד היה קרוב, ידענו שנצטרך עזרה כדי לא לפספס שום פסיק בדרך.
טל ליוותה אותנו מהבסיס של הבסיס בארץ, ועד קבלת הויזה ל-3 שנים של בעלי כבר בברלין.
הליווי בעיקר נתן לנו שקט נפשי- לדעת שלא נפספס שום דבר חשוב, שלא ניפול לשום רמאות או עקיצה, ושהבחירות שלנו יהיו נכונות לכל אורך הדרך.
לכל מי שמרגיש קצת אבוד, לא יודע מאיפה להתחיל, או התחיל והבין את כמויות הבירוקרטיה- ממליצה מאוד.

אחד הדברים הטובים ביותר שעשיתי עבור עצמי זה לקחת את שירותיה של טל על מנת לסיים את כל ההתחייבויות שלי בגרמניה לפניי עזיבתי. נאמר זאת לטל באופן אישי, אך גם כאן ארשום- יש שירות, ויש שירות. השירות של טל לאורך כל התהליך, האיכפתיות, המקצועיות, התקשורת בזמן אמת, ההתעדכנות התכופה לגביי כל צעד וצעד, כל אלו יצרו חוויה שאמורה הייתה להיות מלחיצה, לחוויה מרגיעה ולשקט נפשי. מי שמכיר את הבירוקרטיה הגרמנית יודע כי היא לא תמיד פשוטה בלשון המעטה. בשנים בהן גרתי בברלין זו הייתה אחת ההתמודדויות היותר מורכבות. טל הפכה משהו מורכב ואף מפחיד, לפשוט ומרגיע. ממליצה לכל אחד ואחת שצריך/כה סיוע ועזרה בהליכים בירוקרטיים בגרמניה לפנות לטל. גם כשפגשתי בשירות טוב, לא פגשתי בשירות טוב כל כך כמו מה שקיבלתי מטל ומצוות העובדים שלה. תודה על הכל!
