I hired Mr. Karich to get a utility patent for my product which was on market in the first place and also applied for provisional one. Paid 6.000$, took more than 2 years to finalize.

What i get at the end,

So after 2 years, i have been told, that 6.000$ is only for application, where as i have been told that the amount is for getting patent. SO in other words he does not take a single responsibility for his missing application.

Second, they told me that they did literature search and now they are telling me, other company applied first? SO why did you accept to apply for patent and tell me that i can get? AM i wrong? if you made what you said, you would make a search and told person that the process is impossible, no need to PAY, right? Otherwise, how can we name that?

Third, their application was so loose, there are no single definitive definition, and do not even try to correct, since they will do nothing about that. I tried to correct at least 3 different thing in application and been told they are ok. Guess what, the rejection letter says the terms are so loose, and needs some clarification.

What Mr Karich do about is asking another 2.500$ for his own terrible job? What a dream ha? A lawyer takes zero responsibility but your money.
