Dr Weir and his staff are knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. It speaks volumes the years of experience that Dr Weir has. He is very conservative in treatment and the expense value. His office follows up after the visit to see how your fur baby is doing. I never write a review and feel that the type of quality care and high level of expertise should be acknowledged and appreciated. I highly recommend Pat Booker Animal Hospital!

On an emergency trip when one of our dogs fell sick. Dr. Weir was recommended by a friend and we are so very grateful for him and his staff being able to see us that very day with compassionate, excellent care! Nothing beats experience when it comes to a doctor or vet.

I woke up to my dog having left face swelling. I was really worried about him. Unfortunately I did not have an appointment but they made sure to get him in and taken care of the same day. My dog is feeling much better now thanks to the whole vet team. Everyone showed him love and kindness. They have fair pricing as well. Dr. Weir is thee most amazing veterinarian in San Antonio! He will bend over backwards for you and your pet! He treats you like family! I bring all 4 of my pups to this vet and I have never had 1 bad experience. I will say the wait time can get alittle longer than expected, but it’s due to the 1 on 1 interaction he has with you and your pet. He’s honest and genuine! COME HERE FOR YOUR PETS NEEDS! They are very affordable and the medication he gives is way cheaper than many other vets. P.S. He loves chocolate! So spoil him like he does your pets! ?☺️

One of few that are willing to see my overly sized dog. Duke is an xxl breed. They are so patient and accommodating to him since he had a traumatic experience with a dog behaviorist. His post urgent care was here. The vet there is so awesome! The clinic had this adorable lady dog that made Duke blush. It was love at first sight.

I am writing this review after recently losing our dog. Dr. Weir is the most compassionate vet around! Him and his staff were great throughout the entire process. I spoke with Dr Weir frequently over the weekend after Charlie's surgery when he wasn't even working. That right there shows how dedicated he is to helping his patients. He did not have to take time out of his weekend to speak with me but he was more than willing and asked for updates. We had Charlie for 10 awesome years! She was more than just a dog to us, she was our first child. Dr Weir tried everything to help her but in the end it was just her time to go. Thank you so much Dr Weir and Patty! You are amazing at what you do!

Been going to Dr Weir for years. He is a very good Vet and does all he can to heal our animals when they need it. He is a little demanding on his staff and this creates turnover. He's a good man, I just think if he would trust his staff things works run smoother.
