I take my 4Runner to Pat Lobb for all service and they always do a great job. It’s easy to schedule and I am usually in and out in 30 minutes. During my last service one of the techs cross threaded a bolt that holds the skid plate on. My service advisor, Easy, told me about the issue and offered to provide a loaner car or have someone take me home and pick me up when the issue was fixed. I had a busy schedule that day and needed to get home so they had a driver take me home. They called about an hour later to let me know that my 4Runner was ready. The customer service throughout this experience was excellent!

First-time customer. Brought in my used Camry for a service. Lucked out the previous owner was a customer at Pat Lobb also, so they were familiar with and had records of my vehicle. Service was performed in a very timely manner at the advertised price. The service advisor, Robert Mc, took the time to answer my vehicle specific questions. They provided a complimentary wash, as well. A very positive experience.
