Bought a few cars from Pat Moore and highly recommend! Originally bought a 2003 Ford Ranger when I was 16, beautiful truck and had that vehicle for awhile with no major engine problems and no real big maintenance items. Was reasonably priced for the amount of mileage and no real scratches/damage on it either.
Recently bought an Lincoln LS from them about a year ago with super low mileage for a decent price. They even replaced the coil packs when I bought it and let me use a loaner vehicle, of no charge. Vehicle has been great and no real big maintenance items besides normal wear from driving so often. Would recommend this dealership anytime due to great customer service and really caring about their customers. Never try to up-charge you or push you into buying a vehicle. Very upfront and honest people, highly recommend and always my first look when trying to buy a car! Thanks!

Bought cars from Pat years ago and loved them (the cars & Pat haha)! It’s a good place to check first but with the crazy prices of everything, we’ll be buying brand new cars that come with the extra warranties and have the exact match/fit in the future. Good service and prices though!

disregard everything i said in my previous review. this man sold me a car for 8k that needs 5k in repairs and refuses to acknowledge that he screwed me over or trade me a better car. I have tried and tried to contact him and he will not work with me. my father has been a customer for 15 years and this is how he treats repeat customers. disgusting.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after a day of scummy used car salesmen, I felt compelled. Here’s the story. My parents bought the first vehicle I ever drove from Pat. A little 4x4 Ford Ranger. Fast forward 9 years, and I have no doubt she’d still be running great like she was when she got totalled by some guy running a stop sign at 25mph.
Went to see Pat today before we looked anywhere else for something to replace it, because we know he’s got good product we can trust that will last. Pat remembered meeting me 9 years ago and let me test anything I was interested in, really took the time to let us know what we were looking at. These are stand up, trustworthy guys. If there’s an issue with a car and they can help, they will help. I’ve seen it with multiple vehicles Pat’s sold to my pops, I think it’s 3 total now. He treats his customers like family. 5 stars.

We recently bought a van from Erik at Pat Moore Quality Cars. We intitially tried to offer a price below asking price and were surprised that not only was our offer declined but there was no counter offer. We called a few days later to see if it was still available and to offer a higher amount but still slightly under asking (we based our offers of of Kelly Blue Book and what was fair), and again there was no negotiating. The price was what the price was, take it or leave it. After reading some other reviews I learned that this is how Pat Moore has always done business, no nonesense and no pressure sales. We could respect that and we truly did want to purchase the van so we bought it at full asking price. The only problem we ran into was getting the title. We offered to pay cash or check whichever their preference and they said check. But what we didn't know is that by paying with a check that we would not have the title until the check cleared, at which point they would mail it to us (had we known that we would have just paid cash). We waited several days and still had no title, we called and they assured us it was in the mail. The weekend past and still no check so we called again, and the office manager was on vacation but they assured us that it must certainly be on its way to our mailbox. Finally over 10 days later after paying for the van we called again and they realized that the title was still sitting in their office. They did the right thing by having someone drive the title down right then and there. It was a Friday and we got the title a couple hours before the DMV closed, which was good because we were able to get the new plates for it so we could drive it just in time before our baby was born 36 hours later. So the only reason why I give a 4 star review instead of a 5 star is because of the stress of being full term pregnant and waiting to drive the van for 10 days while paying insurance on it but not having a trip permit (becuase we were "out of State" in Oregon they couldn't privide us with a trip permit at the dealer) or plates for it because we needed the title. We were thankful it all worked out in the end and overall would trust this dealership, just be aware that they might lose track of things at the end.

My sister and I researched auto dealers before purchasing a vehicle from Pat Moore Quality Cars. They had a good selection of vehicles, no sales pressure at all, and answered all our questions. The car we purchased was clean and had low miles for its age. The bank we financed through made a substantial error, the dealership spotted it and wrote us a check when we picked up the car. The next week our mechanic gave the car a thorough inspection, said the car's condition was "impressive." We are very pleased with our experience and would buy a car from them again!
