I was referred by a friend and I am beyond grateful. Belinda is such a jewel and offered the perfect balance of professional yet personable and pleasant. She went above and beyond and found a policy and catered it perfectly for me. Although it's Allstate that says, "You're in good hands", I am confident that I am in good hands, GREAT hands here. Customer service is a huge deal to me and Belinda excels in that. If you are on the search for an agency with the customer and their needs as the priority, PLEASE look no further. Give them a call. I've been with State Farm and Pat Springer since we moved to GA in Sept 1991. Pat, Tammy, and Brendan have been great - patiently and thoroughly responding to my many questions and often looking ahead for things affecting my insurance for 2 autos and home (safety record, multi-vehicles, driver age and age of vehicles, etc). I just moved to TN and my new agents have a "tough act to follow".

I've been with Pat Springer State Farm since I got my first car almost 4 years ago I don't ever plan on leaving, all the staff is friendly and helpful and dependable. If they are closed and you email them you will have a reply very next day. My whole family has polices here,and I would recommend them to anyone! Great job guys.
