I have been using Pat for help for years and she is always wonderful . This time she did something for me that will make my life so much easier. I bought inexpensive tank tops and nightgowns and asked Pat to cut and attach velcro to the shoulders so while I am recovering from Rotator Cuff Repair Surgery I will have clothes easy to get into. I am also a breast cancer survivor and know in the same circumstance clothes like this would be so helpful after a mastectomy. I will have rotator cuff repair on my left shoulder next week and by the end of the year on my right shoulder these pieces she did for me will be wonderful. I asked her to do 8 shirts and 3 nightgowns and all done perfectly. Thank you Pat!!!!

I have used Pat’s Alteration just once and I am not coming back. The result of her work was horrific.
It was an expensive dress with a double (inner and outer) skirt, and I asked them to make it twelve inches shorter.
Eventually, the outer skirt was very uneven, in front of the dress the outer skirt was significantly shorter than inner skirt. The right side of the outer skirt was longer than the left side. Pat said she could fix it, but the dress would be short after this adjustment.
Unfortunately, the dress is ruined, and I lost money as well. I will never ever go back to this place, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

She did my daughter’s prom dresses and it was impeccable. Boning and mesh and closed it to cover her more. You can’t find where she did the work!

I took my wedding dress to her and she did an amazing job! The length and the waist were perfect! When my sleeves were a little too tight, she fixed them in two days and it was perfect! She worked with the dry cleaner to have everything out and back to me in a timely manner! So glad we found her!

Called on a Monday to see if possible to have a dress altered by Wednesday. She was so accommodating. I told her my daughter was not able to come in to be measured until after 8 pm that night and she said she'd let her in to take care of her. She had the completed in plenty of time for the event and the pricing was what I expected. The alterations were beautiful and good quality.

I’ve used her off and on for 2 years or so. She started off ok, however, she does not take responsibility for her mistakes. She had a dress for over a month. Last week she told me it was ready last Thursday. I called to pick up today and the dress was still in pieces. Instead of her apologizing, she lied and said that she told me. We also agreed that she would put an extra ruffle on the dress. She lied again and said that she thought I was doing the ruffle. Why would I leave the fabric with her if I had planned on doing it? She’s has dirtied a dress, and has even kept a dress for more than two months. Whenever she makes a mistake, she just lies and says that she didn’t do it. As much as I want to support small business, I will not support her ever again.

I needed 4 small curtains to be hemmed up. I tried 3 local dry cleaner/alterations service.....prices very high, and couldn't tell me when the curtains would be picked up and returned.......Pat's gave me a fair price, told me the day they would be ready...they were ready the day she said and looked great. She even ironed all the curtains. Great service and affordable..This is where I'll be going for all future alterations.

Super nice people and bonus points for being open on the weekend. The measurements during drop off were very quick, probably five minutes total time in and out. The alterations were done on time, great quality, and a fair price. Would highly recommend.
