Pat’s Automotive is highly efficient in their work! The crew is friendly, and very knowledgeable. They don’t bs when it comes to getting the job done correctly, and in great time. Steve and Reid went out of their way to make sure my car was fixed quick and conveniently for me And did a great job! Being a woman, sometimes you get overcharged and they definitely did not do that to me , If anything that helped me out . I got it back the same day and they were very honest and the price was great! I definitely recommend going here.

Fair and honest service. Have used Pat’s for 3 years now for service as they were recommended to me. They are always my first call but have referred me elsewhere when needed and deferred service that wasn’t needed at the time. They do a great job with communications, which is so important but not what happens at other shops. I’ve recommended them to friends and co-workers who have all been very happy as well.

Do not buy tires here!! They do not disclose the fact that you cannot get a road hazard warranty and there is no written warranty, because they by their tires from a warehouse. Also they charge 40$ over their cost, and additional to mount and balance.4 tires cost them 600$ and they charged me 920$ mount and balance. For all I know they could be blemished tires.NO WARRANTY. I do not recommend this shop. They failed to clearly disclose the cost and details of the work being done on my car and ended up charging an outrageous price. I called the dealership to verify the work they claimed to be doing, and it didn’t match up with what they told me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
