Since my first contact with PROGEDO, I had all the support that I needed to move forward with my Work Visa process to enter Germany. Even though my process was in the middle of the Covid-19 lockdown in Europe, PROGEDO never left me behind and always looked for any news about the German Government in order to help me to find a way to get it.
I was in France and without any possibility to leave my place, so they supported me with all the documents, the translations, the process and to make an appointment with the responsible Organization.
The contact was always very clear and helpful, all my questions were well answered in a very good timing.

I had the best experience ever with Progedo, since the corona time it’s getting hard to have an apointment with the Ausländerbehörde. However, Agata managed to find an apointment in time even when we had time pressure because of my working contract. If it wasn’t Progedo, I would of never dreamed to start my job as planned.

Get in touch with PROGEDO Hamburg shortly after the job offer was received. It was necessary to relocate to Hamburg. All started wile I was in Ukraine still.

After the first contact, received excessive and detailed guide in return on future steps for the proper National Visa Application process. The good thing is that you are permanently working with one assigned specialist. This makes the communication really easy.
Booking of the Visa appointment date, preparing of the documents for the Embassy(including application) all was done in cooperation with PROGEDO. In the end, the Visa was issued during one week as all documents initially prepared was sufficient for the Embassy and there were no need for an additional visit like for the cases when something were missing on the beginning.

After relocation to Hamburg, continued cooperation with PROGEDO and got support on Address registration process, Bank Account creation, Residence permit application. You alway will know where to go first, and what to do next. One important thing. Most of the Government institutions are German speaking and you will not able to communicate with them on English. Here the support was rendered by PROGEDO and I had joint visits for the Address registration and Residence Permit application. All appointments was booked by PROGEDO in advance. This is very helpful, as usually on the beginning you really have not much time to explore the websites. In less than two month after relocation I got the residence permit, thanks to well organised process. It is important to have it as early as possible, as you will need it for numerous following steps.

I continued with the Driving License exchange, as Ukrainian one valid in Germany only 6 first month after the address registration. Again contacted PROGEDO and got a "quick guide" on steps to proceed, whum to approach from Authorities and where to book a termins needed. It was exactly the time when CORONA pandemy commenced(March-April2020) and all Authorities set strickt Termin visits system. Here PROGEDO also rendered a good support

Presently, I'm in process of the Family rejoining Visas obtaining. It is extremely long waiting time due to the rules and process itself, therefore preparations should be done as much possible precise and documents for the Embassy prepared properly from the First attempt. Needless to say that you may expect support from the PROGEDO as well here. Thank's to the Professional Team, you will not feel alone and lost in the big city like Hamburg.

What was important to me, is that you Team at PROGEDO is very responsive to all your requests. Some times you simply need an advice as you are not sure on local rules, regulations, requirements.
I do not have much reviews published, but hope you will find it useful. Wish you a good luck with relocation. If you want A-Z support on the process, PROGEDO would be the nice choice. I had a work project to deliver in Hamburg and while i was getting my ticket and other stuff ready, my company arranged relocation service provider to take care of me after my arrival here in Germany for accomodation.
I couldn't believe when i received an email from progedo few days before my flight as to what particular things (groceries,items etc)
I need before landing here in Hamburg.
It was a pleasant surprise and i replied with ny desired list. It became a memorable experience when Agata from Progedo received me at my apartment with keys to familiarize me with the locks, accessories, rooms,orientation etc but also on how thoughtfully they arranged my gorceries for my ten day quarantine period and all.
The warmth with which i was greeted by her and taken care cannot be explained in words.
She took care of my commute to mandatory PCR test venue as well as local eimsbuttal registration to make it all seamless for me.
